R.A.I.D. takes the privacy of its users seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users and clients in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection. R.A.I.D. will not release your personal data to any third parties without your consent or as required by law.

Information collected

We collect personal information from you through the use of enquiry and e-commerce forms and every time you e-mail us your details. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site.

We collect information about you for two reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

We do not collect any credit card information or numbers. All transactions are run through third party platforms such as PayPal, Square, and Apple Pay, and is not retained by R.A.I.D. The only information that we collect, is that which has been submitted through our online order form and the general enquiry form.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Web Trader Code.

Choice/opt-out

You may receive weekly newsletters from us and periodic promotional emails. These newsletters contain information regarding R.A.I.D., it’s representatives, related events, and new features or items of note on our web site. Our site and newsletter provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us directly.

Internet-based transfers

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing the RAID.world site and communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way.
