DESCRIPTION:This fall we’ll be hosting our life drawing sessions every three weeks\, with a refreshed format designed to make each session more focused\, intentional\, and inspiring. \n\n\n\nEach night will highlight a unique approach to drawing\, offering variety and depth for artists of all levels: \n\n\n\n\nSustained Pose Night – long poses for deep observation and quiet focus\n\n\n\nBoudoir Gesture Night – short\, expressive poses with a moody atmosphere\n\n\n\nCostume Drawing Night – theatrical setups featuring draped and character-driven models\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a season of creativity\, exploration\, and growth — one pose at a time. \n\n\n\nOur premier Life Drawing session of the fall will feature a Sustained Pose Night with one of our favourite models! Nella brings poise\, strength\, and presence to the figure stand — perfect for extended study. You’ll warm up with short poses\, then dive into longer ones for serious anatomical and tonal work. \n\n\n\n\nWe provide paper\, charcoal\, and a backing boards.\n\n\n\nBring your own supplies if you prefer a canvas\, pastels\, or other materials.\n\n\n\n\nDoors open at 6:45 PM. DESCRIPTION:About the Artist\n\n\n\nBrennan Bova is a multi-disciplinary animation professional with over 15 years of industry experience. He has contributed to numerous shows and films as an animator\, rigger\, and designer\, in addition to creating original animated shorts. His lifelong passion for art and cartoons traces back to his childhood — eyes glued to the screen\, watching VHS tapes of his favourite animations. This exhibition marks his first solo show. \n\n\n\nInstagram\n\nLink\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Exhibition\n\n\n\nPLEASE DESTROY AND REBUILD WITH CARE emerges from a period of personal hardship and deep transformation. Through intense reflection and effort\, Bova has produced some of his most experimental and emotionally resonant work to date. The collection stands as a testament to resilience\, emphasizing the importance of self-compassion and the power of rebuilding — with care\, strength\, and intention.
